The challenge
Online sales had to match the shop's accounting system exactly: prices, stock, customers, loyalty balances and fiscal receipts. At the same time the business wanted growth tools — referrals, recommendations, automated campaigns — without slowing the catalogue down.
How I solved it
- 01
Customer routes defined once and mounted for both web and mobile, so the two channels can never drift apart.

ERP synchronisation as scheduled, feature-flagged jobs with health alerts and a safe price-revert, switchable from the admin panel.

Pricing modelled as value objects with pack and weight sale modes, so a product can be sold per unit or per kilogram without special cases.

A referral system with invite codes, deferred deep links into the app and fraud checks before rewards settle.

A strict design-token system and an AI-assisted planner → implementer → reviewer workflow that keeps every screen consistent.
