The challenge
The game's data lives in Firestore, not SQL — yet operators need a fast admin with search, history, analytics and safe editing of live game settings.
How I solved it
- 01
A hand-written, typed Firestore REST client behind a Laravel + React admin.
- 02
A remote-config editor with version history and diffs, so every change to the live game is visible and reversible.
- 03
Hourly archiving of tournament leaderboards into SQL for reporting.
What it does
- Player list, details, stats, groups and moderation queue
- In-app purchase browsing, exports and top-spender analytics
- Tournaments with live leaderboards
- Admin virtual-coin grants with a ledger
- Merch shop with variants and live shipping-rate quotes
- Push notifications and player problem reports
