The challenge
Replace a live website without downtime or SEO loss, while editors keep publishing — and make it feel like a showcase of the agency's craft.
How I solved it
- 01
The new App Router site was built in parallel for about a year and a half, then swapped in.
- 02
A hybrid CMS: structured data in Laravel, editorial content in a headless CMS.
- 03
Contact form submissions create CRM leads and send auto-replies with matching portfolio cases.
What it does
- Services with nested pages, portfolio, team, awards, careers with CV upload
- Block-based case studies and blog posts
- Three.js mini-game, particle cursor, Lottie and dark mode
- Sitemap, robots, llms.txt and SEO redirects
